1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the FortyFour Merchandise website (the "Site") and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

4. Products and Pricing

5. Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order only when we send a confirmation email. Payment is due at the time of order via the methods listed at checkout. All amounts are in the currency displayed at checkout and inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.

8. Custom Merchandise

Items personalised with your artwork, logo, or text are produced to order and cannot be returned unless defective. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you submit and represent that you hold the necessary rights to use it.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of FortyFour Merchandise or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

10. User Content
